Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

All bets on Bijje 999 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless Bijje 999 identifies a technical error or incorrect odds. For live betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.

Bijje 999 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel betting markets for any match or event at any time. If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded. However, if an event starts but is abandoned mid-way, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Bijje 999's own rules.

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10 and the maximum bet varies depending on the specific event.
• Both single bets and parlay (multi) bets are accepted.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If match-fixing or fraud is suspected on any bet, Bijje 999 may withhold payment pending investigation.
• The cash-out feature is available on select markets and may be suspended at any time at Bijje 999's discretion.

Deposits on Bijje 999 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payments are also accepted under specific conditions. Deposit confirmation typically takes between 5 and 15 minutes.
